Product Returns and Cancellation of Orders

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you can cancel your order and return the product(s) within fourteen days after the date of receipt of the order. We return the total value of products ordered and returned. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us, within the referenced period, by e-mail or letter, of your intention to cancel. The goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. The costs of the return are our responsibility.
