Even after moving to the US, it was a "must" thing for our home. Unfortunately, it is still unknown to many people. Unlike the traditional bidet, the washlet works easily just with a button on the panel, which can have several functions including the toilet seat warmer! When I moved to Portugal a few years ago, I was not enthusiastic about the traditional bidet, as they are not easy to use for me, and take up so much space in the bathroom. I asked my handyman about the washlet, and he found Blooming: NB-660D at BANITA. He installed it in one of my bathrooms in my apartment. It has the functions I want, and never failed. I've recently decided to have another one for my other bathroom too. BANITA provides excellent customer services. I found Banita and they responded immediately to my first query. João was most helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure that I chose the correct product for my requirements an making sure that it would fit on my toilet. The Blooming NB-R1060D De Luxo that I ordered was shipped that afternoon and arrived the next morning here in the Algarve. As I had already prepared the water and electricity supplies it took about 15 minutes to install. The instructions were clear and concise.
